View 8 of 8This 28-year-old woman is shown only 6 weeks after a rhinoplasty with Dr. John Layliev in Long Island, NY. She complained about the large hump on her nose, plunging tip, and widened nose by her nostrils. She underwent a hump reduction, gentle rotation of her tip, as well as alar base reduction to decrease the width of her nose. Very importantly, notice that her results are stable even when smiling. Her tip no longer plunges even when smiling. She is thrilled with her new nose which complements her facial features well and bring out the best of her. As the nose swelling continues to resolve over the next couple of months, her new nose will be even more defined and smoother.
