This 23-year-old woman is shown 3 months following 360-degree liposuction and buttock augmentation with fat by Dr. John Layliev. Her abdomen, hips, and back were contoured with liposuction. This fat was then purified and safely grafted into her buttock skin to give her a more shapely buttock as well as an overall dramatic improvement to her female silhouette from all angles.
