This 49-year-old female is 5 months after double mastetcomy for breast cancer and direct implant reconstruction with Dr. John Layliev in Long Island, NY. She had cosmetically placed 300 and 350cc breast implants prior to her breast cancer diagnosis. Imemdiately after her mastetcomies, direct implant reconstruction was done with 365 and 420cc breast implants. Two months later, she had a staged breast lift procedure and fat grafting.
