This 29-year-old woman had underdeveloped breasts that were constricted with poor shape. She is pictured 3 months after breast augmentation with 445cc and 405cc smooth round silicone breast implants with Dr. John Layliev. Dr. Layliev also lowered her breast creases to better accomodate the natural look she wanted. Her lower breast scars will fade over the next several months.
